Pros
Meaningful work, casual culture, kind coworkers…before the Trump administration took over. I LOVED my job prior.
Cons
Hard to put into words-it went from a workplace I loved to a living hell in a matter of days once January 20th hit and Trump took office. Zeldin is criminally evil, and my team directly targeted for layoffs (resulting in an ongoing lawsuit) and our grants were cancelled for no reason whatsoever (also an ongoing lawsuit). Regional leadership is too scared to fight back, and all teams are short staffed.
