The most backwards, immature, disorganized IT environment in which I have ever worked. Tectonic progress on anything unless it concerns the federal employees getting time off or getting promoted because they screwed up. At least 6 different contracting companies who do nothing more than run in circles, and scream and shout. The entire campus should be considered fraud, waste, and abuse.
