Pros
Great positive atmosphere; employees are really dedicated to the mission. Great learning and development opportunites. Paid internship work is a big plus (the pay is not high, but it is an internship after all).
Cons
Getting hired through the USAJobs system can be a headache. It usually takes several months between application date and onboarding (if you're selected).
