Pros
Ok pay and you have a chance can learn a specialty trade. The keyword is chance, due to it depends upon who you get to train you and if the owners allow sufficient time for training which rarely happens.
Cons
Textbook micromanaging, textbook narcissist(multiple), deceitful staff, STRONG office politics, lack of training, the owner's personal life’s seem to always interfere with the company and never in a positive way, deceitful owners, management leads with emotion vs data, techs are sent out with efficient/adequate training, intel, and equipment. ZERO accountability/no checks and balances and no HR department. Lastly, the company lacks ethics, integrity and has a lot of unhappy employees. The list goes on and on and on.
