Great place to work and learn! The office culture is relaxed and manager is easygoing and reasonable.

Entry-level positions rarely pay super well.

Opportunity to learn different jobs and tasks. The people are fun to work with and for the most part everyone gets along very well. We also have a flexible work environment. The way our time off works allows us to take hours off, not just days. We also get a lot of time off with long time served with the company- 5 weeks after ten years.

Sometimes long hours in difficult conditions; rain, heat, etc. Client demands can be difficult and can change a lot.
