      Pros

      They over pay the managers but it became apparent why.

      Cons

      They mistreat staff daily in front of everyone. They belittle you and berate you. They infer that if you don’t work long hours when something is broken that your job will be in jeopardy.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.

      He was the only positive thing about this company

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, forced or made to feel guilty or inferior if you did not work 18 to 20 hours a day. I could go on and on.
