      Pros

      New interim CEO is turning the company in a better direction. Getting spending under control, focusing on the basics & building for a more stable future. Compensation is competitive and the company provides quality co-workers.

      Cons

      Historic issues with spending & poor contracts lead to filing for Chapter 11 bankrupcy. Company will emerge from Chapter 11 leaner and prepared for a better future but there is baggage there.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.
