      Pros

      Get plenty of hours due to short staffing at times

      Cons

      Too much back stabbing and gossip. There are 5 Eon clinics but it seems like there is competition between all employees and doctors. Too much staff turn around. I trained 5 people in 8 months and they don’t stay long. Patient cases always seem to be rushed and 2 to 3 doctors turn over during cases so they always see different doctors. Patient’s biggest chief complaint.

      Pros

      EON Clinics is a family-owned business and they treat their employees like they are part of the family. The owners and management are always willing to help and provide the tools and training necessary to excel in your position. Most importantly, EON Clinics truly cares about their patients and provides the best possible care for them. I accepted a position in September of 2023 and I couldn't be happier.

      The employee morale is low and the customer complaints are many. They are extremely short staffed and so everyone suffers, employees and patients.
