Pros
I believe some of the best reasons to work for Epic is knowing you’re a part of the school that’s going to help someone achieve their dream and, personally, feeling a great deal of perspective for how lucky I am to chase down my own dreams. The recruiting department is an incredible group of people.
Cons
There are times when I feel micromanaged by my manager and there have been a few situations I have taken off work or needed flexibility for my own flight training and not supported, which is to say given a hard time.
