Pros
I really loved my time at Epic. I know every department is different, but you really can't beat the work-life balance and benefits, including 2 weeks off in the summer and 2 weeks off in the winter AND unlimited PTO.
It helps that I had an amazing manager - that makes or breaks anything.
Most people are a pleasure to work with - I've only run into 1 or 2 bad apples in almost 2 years.
Cons
Not a lot of diversity at the C-Suite level.
