Pros
Some great people work within the company.
Cons
The CFO is a notorious micromanager. Her team is clearly scared of her, and for good reason...she’s extremely unpleasant, treats employees like children and creates a constant environment of fear and negativity. The benefits are awful—overpriced health insurance, no 401k match and zero perks. The company is so cheap it’s laughable. It doesn't matter how good you are at your job, they will replace you with someone cheaper just so they can save a few bucks. Be prepared to constantly take on more work with no pay increase. They pile on responsibilities and expect you to be "grateful for the experience" as if that pays the bills. Recognition doesn’t exist unless you're a favorite, because they blatantly play favorites within teams. Leadership is a disaster—the execs are never on the same page, which leads to constant confusion and last minute changes.
