Pros
Epitec offers 52 touch points a year to stay in contact with Field Staff and has held events for employees' to attend, such as picnics and sports games. The Internal Staff are all hard working and put in the time to build relationships with the candidates they place.
Cons
For internal staff, the environment is not for the meek or thin skinned! In working with people, you never know what you will get! Some candidates will say they are on board, then accept another offer out of no where and you just have to roll with the punches, focusing on delivering to your customer!!! You are on the phone all day long, so you must enjoy talking and networking with people to succeed in the Staffing industry. Must have the drive to perform to do well!
