Cons
Service Management System (HPSM) only partially implemented.
HPSM not tooled correctly to accommodate offices outside of NL.
Several departments (HR, Finance, Development) not using Service Management System at the time of my employ.
Lack of synergy between Application Development and Infrastructure groups from a Service Management perspective.
Poor (laborious) internal tech support from 3rd party vendor ATOS resulting in constant disputes.
