Micromanagement from the management, upper-management doesn't seem to give a damn about lower-level employees. They would be nice to you only if they want you to get them something done, once that's done they would pass by you in hallways in the morning without even saying hi. Not to mention long hours, most days a typical work-day can can be from 8AM to 7PM
