Pros

The company offers innovative and constantly evolving products that genuinely make an impact, which keeps the work exciting and meaningful. The culture is collaborative and supportive—you're surrounded by smart, driven people who are always willing to help each other grow. Work-life balance is genuinely respected here, making it easier to bring your best self to work without compromising your personal life. Overall, it’s a great place to develop your career in a forward-thinking, people-focused environment.

Cons

I understand that no workplace is perfect for everyone. Personally, I haven’t encountered any major cons, but like any large organisation, there may be occasional challenges with change management or navigating complex internal systems. That said, the company is open to feedback and continuously working to improve. For me, the positives—supportive culture, strong leadership, innovative products, and great work-life balance—have far outweighed any minor issues.

Pros

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

Cons

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
