Leadership and managers are approchable, supportive, and focused on employee success and wellbeing. The company offers competitive compensation that is above market average in many cases, along with excellent benefits. The RSU program is a significant advantange and helps employees feel invested in the company's long-term success. There are also performance incentives and other rewards that recognize employee contributions. The work environment is excellent. The office is modern, comfortable and equipped with amenities such as free food and refreshments in the pantry. The Hybrid work setup provides flexibility while still allowing opportunities for collaboration with colleagues. Equinix also promotes a healthy work-life balance and has a strong culture of respect, inclusion, and teamwork. I've found the people here to be professional, supportive, and willing to help each other succeed. Managers are understanding and genuinely care about employee welfare, which creates a positive and motivating workplace.
