Pros
- Respectful culture that extends from the Executive teams all the way down. - Diversity, inclusion, sustainability and other modern issues are actually taken seriously and initiatives embraced at the highest levels. - Good pay - Decent benefits - Great market position and overall job security for good workers - Response to COVID has been genuinely great.
Cons
- This respectful culture can *sometimes* cause issues in making decisions about a direction that doesn't include all viewpoints. In trying to bring everyone's ideas to the front, it's sometimes hard to make the choice to exclude something for being incompatible. These would be things like business processes, initial focus for products and general business changes. Really not a big deal and better than the alternative in a lot of ways.
