Global company, excellent committed engineers, Financial controller top notch. Not the highest salaries but good benefits. Great reputation in the market. In terms of work/life balance, I find that is usually down to the individual.
Cons
Referring to the title of this review, they face some stiff competition from new companies who have same quality and added values at far lower price. It s difficult to see how they will differentiate themselves and protect churn with that in mind. Tendency to oversell their USP. Became very corporate and new C level management is turning this into another Oracle / HP etc.. Highly political environment, ambulance chasing and not merit rewarding. Its all about saying the right things to the right people . There is bullying and sneaky tactics at play, watch out for those letting you run the sale and then steal your compensation and recognition. If you have value and knowledge to bring, this is not the company for you. Suits those who don't mind spending 70% of their time watching their back and playing the political field.
