What I love about Equinix is that it is a place where you’re empowered to make your mark. By blending our global market footprint with an entrepreneurial culture, we’ve created a work environment with little bureaucracy and ample resources—the ideal conditions for getting things done. We offer our people constant opportunities to hone new skills, try new approaches and grow in new directions.

Because of it's fast growth change is constant.

Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
