Pros
Managers and help is at the end of the phone and always available. Good training and guidance. Great schools. They look after you. Pays better than most ski rep jobs (minimum wage per hour). Some rep jobs will pay you £100-200 a week and pretend it’s a good deal. Awesome job, if you’re organised you get much more time on the mountain skiing. The better you prepare, the better the trip will be!
Cons
You have to get to the meeting point with no expenses covered e.g. parking your car at Heathrow for a week/train fares. Flight groups means you earn less money as working for less time but lose a lot of money with getting to the airport. They charge you a small amount for accommodation abroad (about 10 euros a night)
