      Pros

      Taking parental leave was fairly straightforward Mostly good physical environment to work in Lots of good people around

      Cons

      I didn't fit in my research group, which was very Dutch and not very outward-looking (despite pretences to be so).

      The diversity is great within the disciplines, and the student body, and there are ample opportunities for research or other projects

      The diversity is not that great within the faculty and there are concerns about the balance of student engagement and research priorities
