Its a good place to gain the experience in this industry, will look great on your resume.

The management is terrible, its an Indian owned company, they have not adapted the American way of managing a company, they always want the easy short cuts, with out complying with regulations the way it should be. The employees work their butt off to meet the company deadlines, and don't get recognized for it, bad pay and no raise.
