Pros
Woman run company, very into family time and work/life balance, very many additional company paid holidays per year with the addition of "surprise" days and half days. Nice corporate facility, clean and well run. For the most part co-workers are nice enough and work hard.
Cons
No match on 401k. Not allowed to work from home. Some departments can be a little clique-y but that may be due to employees having been there for long lengths of time, which shows employee retention, which ultimately is a great thing.
