Cons
1. Worst management 2. All shady work being done here, no sanctity to the work being done here. Everything is in thin air and nothing solid. 3. No concept of treating people with respect 4. Intention is not to make the product good but how to blame others 5. The people on the ground who deal with farmers and traders are all cheats. 6. No personal space and family time, work for 12-14 hours everyday and also during weekends. After so much work, still get blamed and yelled at. 7. Your leaves are never approved and you have to beg for them. Most leaves get lapsed and they don’t carry over 8. No concept of work from home. 9. People are senseless and keep calling even when you say you’re in a hospital. 10. No matter what you do and deliver, there’s never any appreciation. Instead you’ll always be made feel less about yourself. 11. Crooked people who can play politics, blame others, shout, yell and all kinds of ill behaviour will thrive. 12. Handful of good reviews here are also forcibly written by new joiners when they don’t know the true colours of this company. 13. There’s nothing called as employee well being, employee benefit. Except a few who are the leaches of the company and close to management everybody else are treated as slaves. 14. No team lunches, no team events, even when you go out for lunch with the team on your own expense, the management has problems and make sure that you cannot enjoy the lunch. 15. No wonder the leaches of this company are still here, cos nobody else will hire such people.
