Billing Coordinator - Anonymous employee Ericksen Arbuthnot Employee Review

I worked there for 4 years in the corporate office. Management isn't fabulous, no employee appreciation unless you're a Managing Partner or Senior Attorney, they fight for the bad guys like insurance companies and corporations. Due to their lack of good management and employee appreciation, there is a broad sense of bad morale throughout the firm. Their corporate staff and all support staff are the ones that suffer the most.
