Pros

The company itself is very strong worldwide, even against growing competition. It has an extremely technical workforce with a fair work environment. Benefits are extremely good.

Cons

The US branch of the company mandates annual layoffs of 10% or more for every department. There have been many extremely good people let go for no reason just to meet this number; they certainly were not laid off due to performance. Mandating that you eliminate 10% of your highly experience workforce year over year is disastrous, and the impacts are already being seen internally, yet the practice continues.

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
