It was a unique start up company experience. Everyone was there from the founder on down. The culture was extremely open. No secrets, both business and emotional.
Cons
Again, the company culture was completely open both business and emotional. Things could get very intense and "in your face" at times. Both the good and the bad. Not for sensitive or weak at heart.
