Pros
I've been with the company for years and can say that Ericsson is a great company, with a Swedish culture, open work spaces, and incredible benefits.
Cons
Needs improvement in staff development such as job rotation programs. A lot of attention has been paid to the development of new hires, such as recent Masters grads, instead of current employees. Layoffs are unexpected and not performance based, but that goes for any company during layoffs.
