A complex range of activities, which imply a continuous communication strategy between departments, critical thinking and problem solving skills could be developed easily.
Cons
It depends very much on the project. The project where i worked, it was devoid of anything that stands for a training. I had to ask every single time for help from my colleagues, because the procedures for fault management of incidents were outdated. There was also a continuous flux of incoming calls from technicians across Spain, and there were only 3 or 4 persons assigned for a daily shift.
