The benefits package is hard to beat. They offer a 401k and a pension plan. Health benefit costs are low. PTO is pretty generous and earned on a monthly basis.
Cons
Work life balance is non-existent. When senior level management are asked questions they provide rehearsed answers that don’t actually answer the question.
