      -Small Company- can get to know everyone -Structured Day and Routine if that's what you like -The product is relevant with today's health and safety needs

      Cons

      -not much work life balance -not flexible with daily schedules or work routines -company does not have a vibrant, energetic feel -not a friendly culture
