Business outlook
Pros
Stable and well managed banking group, with earning over 10%+ ROE. This means there are opportunities and there are no layoffs. Many of my colleagues have been with the firm for 5-10-15 years. The colleagues are friendly, kind and helpful. I very much enjoyed my stay with the bank. You are also allowed (and encouraged to make mistakes (and correct them) without reprisal.
Cons
It is both a pro and a con: The company offers a very calm environment, where you can feel secure and valued, but this comes at a price. Since many of the managers being in the same position for 5-10 years there aren’t as much opportunities for upward mobility, and less chance to negotiate a higher salary.
