Escape are a fantastic company to work for, you are treated as part of a family and looked after not only on professional level but a personal one too. I had not worked in recruitment before joining them and I was able to learn a lot about the industry itself and best practice as well as the wider market place and client industries too. Every day was a school day and the option was there to develop and progress in your career as you wished. I would and have highly recommend them as an employer.

I honestly cannot think of any and would definitely go back there given the opportunity, I moved on due to changes in my life at the time only :)

Escape really do take the time to recognise your strengths and build on them as well as taking the time to work through your weaknesses Great culture, people really are happy to help when it’s needed regardless of what part of the business they are in Excellent opportunities for growth and happy to deliver additional training where needed, internally and externally The Directors are great and unlike other companies they are very approachable and happy to help Generally a great place to work and a supportive working environment!
