      Pros

      You get to travel abroad the next day you got hired.

      Cons

      *Getting cussed by the higher management almost everyday is quite the norm. * Makes you work until from 8am to 12 midnight without overtime pay. *When asked to go to Indonesia and/or Singapore, don't go. You'll end up getting stuck and won't be able to come home. Technically, you'll just stay inside the office. *No work/life balance. *They'll force you to create positive feedback on the company. In reality, the working environment is toxic. *No career growth.

      Interesting work, a lot of variety, The team I worked with was great. Opportunities to move up

      Very focused on revenue, production. Not a lot of focus on employees. Work load can be overwhelming due to small office sizes and quantity of projects

      Senior management team don't care about employees, unless you are Singaporean, negative vibe environment, bosses treat you like you are a bad behaved child.
