Pros

There is really no pros working in this company

Cons

A lot! This company is a family business. They micromanage their employees so there is no sense of freedom. You need approval for everything that you do, and when you act with ownership, your boss (CEO) calls you out. Very limited benefits, no HMO, no OT pay (and you will be working overtime a lot! Teams all around the world will be dumping work on you and rely on you for urgent tasks. There is also no growth in this company. So if you are aiming for career progression and a healthy work-life balance, do not ever apply to this company. Very high turnover rate.

Interesting work, a lot of variety, The team I worked with was great. Opportunities to move up

Cons

Very focused on revenue, production. Not a lot of focus on employees. Work load can be overwhelming due to small office sizes and quantity of projects

The experience of working with different departments and divisions, opportunity to travel abroad

Cons

Senior management team don't care about employees, unless you are Singaporean, negative vibe environment, bosses treat you like you are a bad behaved child.
