      Company has been growing steadily over the years and looks set to grow and expand more in the foreseeable future Local company with much international presence and impact. Many respectable clients both locally and globally Many opportunities to give feedback and improve processes via ISO A lot of team efforts to work together to achieve targets and progress together Long serving staff are recognised

      Cons

      As company grows there will definitely be new territories and phases that it will go through. No company will be perfect when going through these new phases but management and staff are putting in the shifts to make the transition as smooth as possible.

      Interesting work, a lot of variety, The team I worked with was great. Opportunities to move up

      Very focused on revenue, production. Not a lot of focus on employees. Work load can be overwhelming due to small office sizes and quantity of projects

      The experience of working with different departments and divisions, opportunity to travel abroad

      Cons

      Senior management team don't care about employees, unless you are Singaporean, negative vibe environment, bosses treat you like you are a bad behaved child.
