      Excellent chance to get tremendous growth in short frame of time if you have talent and skills, lot of respect to the skilled and innovative person, flexible top management,salary on time. Eco friendly work culture. well established 25 years old company with world class office in borovali. freedom to apply your skills.

      there is nothing negative in ESKAY until unless you bring negative mind .

      Pros

      Pros? Really you are asking me that? I would never recommend anyone to be a part of such a company. You will not get your wages on time. People suffer even for expenses they pay from there pocket for company's work, and they expect results from you. Lol. Change your mindset and the vision you have.

      Cons

      Cons: there are N numbers of cons. 1: No wages on time. People have to wait for 2-3 months for salaries. 2: if you do any thing or take leaves without initimating the company they will not release your salary. 3: working culture is worst. 4: they think that people are not here to work they will monitor you every second by an idiot gps software. 5: No proper management. No man power for increasing the results provided.

      Pros

      Only Ambience and nothing else.

      Cons

      First of all if you have already given interview there are high chances that you will be selected because there is always openings due to high attrition because of non payment of salary on time. Even if you ask about your salary you will be asked about your performance in the first- second month itself. Reviews are all about warnings and ultimatum. No systematic work approach. They are happy with a employees working for 2-3 months and leaving. Then appointment of new employees.
