      Pros

      We work to simplify the complex gas industry and do it well- our customers see the need. Great supportive culture- strong group of people that care about you outside of work. Tuition Reimbursement- significantly helped going back to school Able to move quickly and get things done- little red tape good work life balance

      Cons

      We need to continue to expand our brand; we're known in the gas industry, but it takes our customers time to understand who we are Small company growing up (pros & cons)- not a corporation with bureaucracy but not quite a start-up

      Possibility of remote position opportunities.

      Cons

      Supervisor is continuously late, disgruntled lacks the ability to train. Lack of cultural diversity. Departments do not interact or converse, small minded mentalities.
