-Management is a good ol’ boys club. -Employees have virtually no opportunity for growth. -Pay is horrible and almost non-negotiable. -Anti-telework culture. -Micromanagement. -Lapses in communication between all levels of management. -Expected to work overtime. The repair center is a revolving door of unskilled workers. Management would rather underpay a lot of people to do a horrible job, rather than properly paying a smaller group of high skilled personnel. This company does not provide raises to account for inflation.
