-Essity is a great company overseas, just awful in the U.S.
-Good co-workers, and that's really it
Cons
-Bad management (worst I've ever worked under)
-Bad benefits
-Machines are literally falling apart with management not caring a single bit about actually fixing them
-No work-life balance
-Rotating shifts (days-to-nights/nights-to-days every two weeks)
-Culture is awful
-No avenue for advancement
-The union is a "union" in name-only
-Overtime system is terrible
-As an operator, you do 80% of the maintenance work despite having actual maintenance that makes $10 an hour more than you
