Cons
None at the moment, I have joined this company since day 1 and we are still expanding and evolving . Similar to all workplaces, you meet different types of colleagues, some are great, some may be toxic.. which is why we encourage open communication in our organisation, however not everyone especially junior staffs are equipped with this intrinsic skill set.
