This company has been undergoing a transformation over the past several months, and all employees have been encouraged to give feedback on how we can make everything better for everyone. I feel that my feedback has been taken seriously, and that the newer management team cares about both the employees and the direction of the company. This company has a VERY high ceiling in terms of where it can go, and I'm excited to be on board to help grow the business. The upper management team has changed significantly over the past year, for the better in my opinion. The leaders of the company all have strong backgrounds and relationships within in the automotive and collision industries, and our President is very tech-savvy.

Because it's a smaller, newer company, there aren't answers to every question yet, and there are processes that change based on other changes within the company. If you're looking for a job where you will be told everything you need to do, and you don't want to deviate from the script, then you will probably not be happy here.
