Pros
Nice team & office, interesting brand
Cons
- upper management is awful, no training on how to manage and as a result sets people up for failure - cliquey within upper management - ceo has too much say in the business and most weeks is firing someone new, teams are forced to listen to his ideas when they are bad ones and have to execute them anyway! - Job goalposts changed week to week and unclear performance reviews given by untrained managers - long probation periods so that they can get rid of you at short notice without having to have payouts - forced to be in the office 4 days a week, ceo commented that the company ‘wasn’t for you’ if you didn’t agree with the policy - company clearly often in financial troubles due to projects being stopped last minute / constant ‘restructuring’ Avoid
