No work life balance. Too much regionalism. If you are a Keralite, you are given the best treatment. You are considered a poor employee if you don't work for more the 14 hours. Top level managers fighting amongst themselves. Managers do not know the technology the are team on. The CEO (Bipin Chandra) is a fraudster. The CEO (Bipin Chandra) fights with you if you ask for your salary. Not allowed to take leaves. No medical policies. The chairman doesn't given damn about the employees. Salary never given on time. You have to become a beggar with regards to your salary. I can continue writing but the cons will never come to an end.
