Pros
I never have the Monday morning fear. It's great to say I never dread going in to work. Every day I'm busy with projects and plans and never find myself pushing the same old paper, or typing the same old code.
You're expected to work hard and take ownership of your work, and in turn you are rewarded with the autonomy to make decisions that really make a difference.
The people are fantastic and I spend more time laughing than I ever do frustrated. Everybody really comes together and helps each other out, then at the end of month more often than not we all go out for a bit of 'pat on the back' pint.
Very positive working environment, whether you are just starting out your career and looking for friendly guidance and support, or more senior and looking to put down roots for a while.
Cons
I could definitely use more hours in the day but I don't think that's anything the bosses can change!
No parking because we are city centre. Can make commuting a bit of challenge, but not bad at all if you're happy with the bus and the train.
