Poor leadership, poor management, drop ship business model (they hold no inventory), no direction, no solid business plan for growth, extensive and redundant reporting and meetings with no positive outcome in terms of adapting to the information, no IT support as in NO one in the company knows any IT AT ALL, strange for an online company right?? They don't appreciate the employees and don't care about keeping qualified and experienced employees. Don't waste your time here, the company is likely to go under soon.
