      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Learning and growing are highly encouraged above all. Excellent workplace culture, and you really feel like part of the team, even with opportunities to be fully remote.

      Cons

      The learning curve from a business and technical perspective can be very steep at first if you are not already knowledgeable in the solution stack we use. I've never felt that I was without help or proper guidance, but it can be a lot to absorb everything from the get-go.

      My experience at Ethos was amazing! I had a great work life balance! Management cared so well for our team, and that speaks a lot about the culture at Ethos. Overall, my team was easy to work with and it made my experience great!

      - Great team camaraderie and a very supportive atmosphere - Flexible schedules with a solid hybrid work setup - Strong teamwork—people genuinely enjoy working together - Leads and mentors are approachable and always willing to help - Plenty of growth opportunities and to learn about other departments and expand your skills - Open communication that makes it easy to share ideas and ask questions

      - Processes and tools will always be evolving, which may require some patience and adaptability - Workloads can fluctuate at times depending on business needs - Opportunities for advancement may depend on timing and team availability
