      Pros

      Modern office space with nice amenities

      Cons

      A major thing that they push at Ethos is that you’re part of their family. However, if you have something pop up in your life and you’re not part of upper management, they will not follow through on their promises to help you for example, the CEO at every single meeting gives examples of taking care of employees while either their loved ones either be wife or family they have terminal illnesses you’ll be able to take care of them still receive your paycheck. This happened to me and I had to take care of a family member however, when it came pay , I did not receive my pay . I even brought it up to management and HR multiple times but due to the fact, it wasn’t in writing they didn’t follow through.

      My experience at Ethos was amazing! I had a great work life balance! Management cared so well for our team, and that speaks a lot about the culture at Ethos. Overall, my team was easy to work with and it made my experience great!

      - Great team camaraderie and a very supportive atmosphere - Flexible schedules with a solid hybrid work setup - Strong teamwork—people genuinely enjoy working together - Leads and mentors are approachable and always willing to help - Plenty of growth opportunities and to learn about other departments and expand your skills - Open communication that makes it easy to share ideas and ask questions

      - Processes and tools will always be evolving, which may require some patience and adaptability - Workloads can fluctuate at times depending on business needs - Opportunities for advancement may depend on timing and team availability
