Pros
It is a fantastically well run business who care about their staff and look after them well. There is good reason for why in my 5 years here, not one person has left to go to a competitor through their own choice, except for someone who changed location. Highly recommend if you embrace a positive work ethic and an ethical approach to recruitment. Not right for fast sell, throw mud at the wall recruiters...
Cons
Not many really. Location would be the one - for many based in London, Windsor wont appeal due to the number of opportunities based in London. We do offer flexible working, and many of the team work 2 days in London, 1 day from home or similar. But there is a need to get to the Windsor office which may not appeal to many.
