      Pros

      Good place for new comers. Opportunity to learn a lot. Talented coworker. Big Brand Project.

      Cons

      Unrealistic time line. Work like employee shown as consultant. No social or personal life. Working hours- 9.30am to 2am 3am.(complete work then you are allowed to go) No coordination between owner till the last few days are left for submission, afterwards you are stuck doing late night pending work.

      Pros

      Excellent multidisciplinary design opportunities especially for architects looking for work outside the mundane construction firms. Your design voice is genuinely heard and you learn a great deal with every project you work on. A young dynamic team of lovely eumans from diverse backgrounds that keep the excitement high

      Cons

      Not a con really but commute can get difficult for people staying far from the city.
